COMMISSIONING CHECKS

Installation Verifications Status Comments

Verify that all WMS components are installed
Verify that the tower legs are properly tightened and levelled

Verify that GHI pyranometer is oriented to the south direction and

levelled
Verify that the wind vane is installed as per the manufacturer
instruction manual
Verify that the pyranometer ventilation fan is functioning properly
Verify that all the sensor cables are connected and tightened
properly
Verify that the PV module Temperature is properly mounted to the
backside of the PV module
Verify that the Power Supply PV modules is installed and oriented to
the south direction
Verify that grounding of the WMS is properly connected
Check the sensors readings locally (using serial connection) through
laptop and verify that the readings are reasonable compared to the
ambient weather conditions.

Check the calibration certificates and make sure that these values
are included in the data logger program
Lighting arrestor installed
Earthing connected to data logger panel
Check the battery connection and Voltage
