DAY 1 ARRIVE MOSCOW

Welcome to Moscow, Russia!
Arrive at Moscow Airport; you will be met outside by a local representative at the ‘meeting point’ as you are
transferred to your hotel - SEAT IN COACH BASIS.
On arrival at hotel check in to your hotel.

interesting shops and restaurants followed by a Metro ride. Continue to the Museum of Cosmonautics, which is one
of the most famous monuments in Moscow. In the evening, enjoy the world famous Russian Circus. Return back to

VISA PROCESS:
1) 1 form that has to be filled and signed.
2) Passport must be valid for at least six months.
3) 2 photographs with white background 35x45mm, face should be 70% to 80% visible.
4) Company Registration Certificate of Indian Company / Company Memorandum of Understanding / Evidence of Partnership.
5) Employers leave sanction letter in original with date of joining, designation & leave dates mentioned.
6) Pay slip for last 3 months.
7) If Passport is in maiden name, then wedding card/marriage certificate/Wedding snaps are required.
8) Original hotel voucher from Russian tourist company with stamp and signature.
9) Tourist confirmation (in Russian language) from a receiving Russian travel agency, registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Russian Federation. The confirmation must contain the agency's reference number and registration number.
10) Return confirmed air tickets.
11) Covering letter on business letterhead.
12) Submission only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

 Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
 As per RBI norms, you need to provide pan card number. If you are not holding pancard, you need to provide declaration
in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of Utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or
electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).
 LRS form for tour cost to be signed.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
1) The above package cost is based on minimum 10 pax travelling together at all times.
2) The above price is based on lowest airfare. Non-availability of seat in the same price will lead to increase in HOLIDAY PRICE.
3) There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
4) All holiday prices are subject to G.S.T. of 5% payable to Govt of India
5) At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
6) Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the
duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly.
7) Request for early hotel check in or late check out is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
If there is any miss use of room, Hotel has the right to charge the same to client. All personal bills should be settle sufficient time before
departure so that your transfer is not delayed.

SEAT IN COACH TRANSFERS / TOURS:

 This service is based on air conditioned (SIC) Seat in Coach / Van. The size of the coach may vary depending upon the number of
tourist travelling.
 SIC transfer is economical, offers great value for money and ideal for budget travellers. Based on a shared vehicle transfer, you share
your coach / van seat with other tourists.
 SIC Transfers / tour operates at a pre-decided time and designated point.
 The SIC tour may operate from hotel or from a city centre location; cost of transportation to the city centre location is not included. In
some destinations the pick-up and drop off service from the hotel may cause a time delay and service is slower than private services.
 SIC Sightseeing tours are conducted by English speaking guide.

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION:
 This service offers you to have your own privacy and convenience to travel at a pre-decided time. Depending upon your budget we
may offer an air-conditioned vehicle. The class of the vehicle offered may vary depending on your needs and budget.
 In certain destinations the driver acts like guide whereas in other destination we have a separate licensed English speaking guide for
sightseeing services.
 This cannot be assumed that the vehicle is at disposal throughout the day.
CAUTION: For all transfers and tours please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up
time. DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR ROOM OR IN HOTEL’S COFFEE HOUSE. Please be punctual as most of the hotels do not allow waiting in
the drive-away area for security reasons.

or non-alcoholic) are included.

PORTERAGES / HANDLING OF LUGGAGE / BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES:
