PROJECT ENGINEER
❖ Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial
photography, and other topographical or geological data to plan
projects.

❖ To coordinate with the construction manager/construction
engineers the corrective action require by the non-conformance
so not to delay the project activities.
❖ To coordinate with all inspectors if given two weeks look ahead
have been followed and know the realization of the project

QA/QC Civil Inspector:
❖ To review/study drawings related to actual site work with further
referencing to Specifications and Aramco Standards ensuring that
relative standards are strictly followed accordingly prior to work
execution.
❖ Responsible for the strict Quality implementation of Saudi Aramco
Engineering Standards, SAEP, and SAMSS for the day-to-day work
activities.
❖ Prior to commencement of the work conduct an initial inspection
for the existing works to ensure that it is suitable for the
commencement of the planned activities within the construction
program.
❖ To participate in making various Work Procedures relative to civil
works where Quality implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering
Standards, Procedures, Material Specifications Standards are
incorporated.
❖ Responsible for the supervision and inspection of Quality Civil work
execution of the project activities.
❖ Responsible for proper documentation of job execution
implementing the Quality Assurance and Control according to
SAES, SAEP, SAMSS and other related standards of Saudi Aramco.
❖ Responsible for the strict compliance with the Quality Assurance /
Quality Control regulations for all materials and workmanship of a
particular project.

 ❖ To update As-Built drawings as required for every completed work
as per Saudi Aramco requirements on red-lining As-Built Drawings.
❖ To coordinate with other QC discipline Inspector/Supervisor to
ensure that all other activities require inspection within the civil
construction program have been inspected and approved.
❖ To conduct site pre-inspection and gather information pertaining
existing underground services such as pipes, cables etc., and verify
that the preparation to have been carried out in accordance to
specification requirements, obtain work permit from the proponent
countersigned by other affected agencies in compliance to
Safety.
❖ Visual inspection on site to ensure that all on-going activities
complied with the requirement of project drawings and related
standards.
❖ To review all the necessary reports of backfilling materials used by
the approved independent testing agencies of Saudi Aramco
determining proctor value and optimum moisture content.
❖ To ensures that all Quality Control Civil activities are carried out in
accordance and in compliance to Saudi Aramco Engineering
Standard and Schedule “Q” of Saudi Aramco general contract.
❖ To verifies the work as preliminary inspection prior to signing the RFI
(Request for Inspection) for Project Inspection witness and
approval.
❖ To reviewing the vendor’s / manufacturer’s catalogue in
accordance with Project Scope of Work, Drawing, Specification
and SAMSS prior to submittal to Aramco for final review and
approval.
❖ The operational techniques and activities that are used to fulfill
requirements for quality.
