A LED champion leads communities with an entrepreneurial

mindset that grows a business enabling environment in three ways. First, managing resources and
providing jobs to improve the quality of life. Second, connecting with the private sector and civil society
to foster a collaborative community. And third, simplifying regulatory processes and mainstreaming
socio-economic reforms to reduce poverty and access investments. Good governance is good
