PUBLIC SECTOR: In public sector a number of people ignore virtues and most of the time they spoil and

deliver the company’s important information. In mostly cases people doing nepotism they ignore merit
standard without any problem. Like in various public sector they announce opportunity yet nobody is
hired on merit bases they hire their kids young ladies relatives.

PRIVATE SECTOR: In private sector they are also biased, annoy individuals likewise paying late
compensation, gave reward on the bases of preference, take credits of different workers and so on. The
main problem is that they fire workers without informing them which is the most worst feeling for
employees.
