Utilizing FlipGrid has

allowed me to see my
students think deeply
and creatively about
ways in which they can
connect what we are
learning in-class to
their lives at home.
Evidence This is an example of
an assignment in which
students were required
to find a piece of
"universal equipment"
around their homes
and perform a workout
with it.

A thinking routine I use in

class is a "3-2-1 Bridge".
Usually after watching a
video or reading a text as
a class, students will be
required to pull three
words or phrases, two
questions, and one simile
Evidence or metaphor. This really
helps students to think
critically about what we
are learning about and to
also be creative in their
thinking as well.
