THE NRA SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) BEGINS AT 12:01 AM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON 8/1/20 & ENDS AT 11:59 PM ET ON 6/18/22
(“ENTRY PERIOD”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & Washington D.C., age 21 years or older at time of entry. Subject to all applicable
federal & state & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Governed by U.S. law. Employees & their immediate families (parents, children,
spouse, siblings) of the National Rifle Association of America (“NRA”) (“the Sponsor”), its advertising & promotion agencies, their respective parent
companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, sales representatives &/or distributors, & their immediate families, & those living in the same household
(whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

TO ENTER: The method of entry you select to use must be one of those indicated in your offer presentation: Method #1: Complete & return
the Official Entry Form (“mail-in entry”) per instructions provided elsewhere in this offer. Method #2: If the option to enter online (“online entry”) is offered,
visit the URL indicated & follow all onscreen entry instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. All online entry notices posted at website apply, including but
not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Online entries are deemed to be made by authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time
of entry. Method #3: If the option to enter at an event or a retail location (“deposited entry”) is offered, complete the Official Entry Form & deposit in
entry receptacle during the hours posted at the event or retail location. For all entry methods: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email per day
regardless of entry method. Attempts to exceed this entry limit may result in the disqualification of all entries from the applicable entrant. Sponsor is not
responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Sponsor will not assume responsibility
for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Sweepstakes implementation. No mechanical reproductions of entries
accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property & will not be returned or acknowledged.

NRA SWEEPSTAKES: CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or contribution of any kind necessary to enter
or win. You have not yet won. Begins 8/1/20; ends 6/18/22 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received by the earlier of date(s)
mentioned elsewhere in this offer or by the following entry deadlines: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 6/18/22 & received
by 6/25/22. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 6/18/22. Deposited entries must be deposited during the hours
posted at the event or retail location. All winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/12/22 from all eligible entries
received. Prizes & their Verifiable Retail Values (“VRV”): One-thousand-&-one (1,001) prizes will be awarded. Prize levels Grand
through 8th will offer a variety of prize choices, (e.g., travel, hunts, guns, gun accessories, electronics, camping gear, vehicles,
merchandise, gift certificates, cash, precious metals, etc.), which may vary in each creative presentation. These prize winners
only may choose any prize offered at level won. Prize choice values at a given level will approximately be the same. 9th & 10th
levels will offer a variety of prizes to be distributed at Sponsor’s discretion of choice subject to current availability. The actual prize
awarded may not be the one featured elsewhere in this announcement. Prize levels, number of winners & VRVs: One Grand:
VRV: $39,500; One 1st: VRV: $12,000; One 2nd: VRV: $9,000; Two 3rd: VRV: $7,500 each; Three 4th: VRV: $5,000 each; Five
5th: VRV: $3,500 each; Eight 6th: VRV: $1,750 each; Ten 7th: $500 each; 20 8th: $200 each; 250 9th: $75 each; & 700 10th: $15
each. Total VRV: $160,250. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:1,940,000
for a Grand, 1st or 2nd Prize; 1:970,000 for a 3rd Prize; 1:646,667 for a 4th Prize; 1:388,000 for a 5th Prize; 1:242,500 for a 6th
Prize; 1:194,000 for a 7th Prize; 1:97,000 for an 8th Prize; 1:7,760 for a 9th Prize; & 1:2,771 for a 10th Prize. No substitutions are
permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value or that is state-compliant if prize
is unavailable or cannot be awarded due to condition(s) specified below as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Limit:

WINNER SELECTION & WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are
final & binding in all respects. Winners will be notified within approximately 7 days from the date of their selection. Potential winners will be notified by
overnight courier &/or U.S. mail &/or email to the address associated with the corresponding entry. Three attempts will be made to contact potential
winner within a 14 day period. If potential winner fails to respond within 14 days, or if notification attempts are returned as undeliverable, the potential
winner will be disqualified & an alternate selected. In order to receive a prize, at the discretion of the judges, potential winner may be required to complete
an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability which must be signed & returned (along with any other documentation the NRA reasonably requires for
prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to providing proof of identity & various licenses or permits) within 14 days of date printed on notification or an
alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prizes awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of
delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays.

All winners are responsible for any applicable expenses not expressly stated in offer, including federal, state & local income & sales taxes, insurance,
licensing, registration & title fees, any options not included & expenses associated with claiming or picking up prizes. Mention of product or service in
advertisement does not mean it has been tested or approved by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make,
nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness
or merchantability of any aspect of any prize, except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any. Any firearm
prize winner must conform to all local, state & federal regulations as applicable & must make arrangements for delivery of firearm(s) with appropriate
federally licensed firearms dealers as required by State & Federal law. No advertised item is intended for prize distribution or sale in those states or in
those areas where such item is prohibited by law. Any winner whose potential selection to win a firearm prize would otherwise be in violation of federal,
state, or local law will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If for any reason whatsoever, a gun prize
winner is not able to accept the prize due to restrictions under federal, state, or local law, or for any other reason, he/she will receive an alternate prize
selected at Sponsor’s discretion. State & local laws, restrictions & regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain
prizes. Any vehicle winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and/or other related and required license(s) as required to operate prize & provide proof
of vehicle insurance before prize is awarded. Vehicle will be delivered to dealership closest to winner. If prize is not picked up at dealership within 30
days of required date, winner bears risk of loss or damage; after 30 days, prize is considered forfeited & an alternate winner will be selected at random.
Any trip or hunt prize includes: round-trip coach airfare [for winner only unless prize details in the offer you received specify the inclusion of guest(s)] to/
from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence & accommodations. Winner is responsible for any incidental charges not mentioned
herein. Actual value of trip or hunt depends on location of winner & airfares at time of departure. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or
forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates/restrictions apply. Winner must obtain proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, hunting license, tags, etc.) prior
to prize award or travel.

GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to
be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name and likeness and prize won for purposes of
advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of
the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize or for any suspension of the Sweepstakes or inability to implement the
Sweepstakes or award the prizes as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God,
acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any
court or regulator. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has
intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus
or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), or (iii) suspend entries if the Sweepstakes becomes unfairly impaired
in any way and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted
under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes that may arise out of or connected to
the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or, if applicable, federal law. Entrants agree
that all legal proceedings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be maintained exclusively in courts sitting within the County of Prince
William, the County of Fairfax or the City of Alexandria, in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Entrants consent to and subject themselves to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts and agree that jurisdiction and venue for any proceeding arising hereunder shall lie exclusively with such courts. Any and
all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any
form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND
CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RELEASE: Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns
(“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of prizes or the administration of the Sweepstakes,
and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues,
sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost
profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims
and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or
more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation,
acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.

PRIVACY: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees that personal data provided to the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, including name,
address, telephone number, and email address, may be processed, stored, or otherwise used within the context of administering the Sweepstakes and
engaging in marketing and public relations related activity. The entrant expressly consents to such processing, storage, and use. Information collected
from entrants will also be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.nra.org/privacy.aspx. By entering the
Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection and use of his/her personal data as permitted pursuant to the privacy policy.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized
Account Holder” of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a
script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials,
or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or
failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination
thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By
participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by
the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to
comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any
Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes
technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners
from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal
