1. If there is a conflict in the workplace, how would you manage it to ensure it is


resolved as quickly as possible?

First of all, you must have the skills to handle these types of situations, have trained
personnel to control these inconveniences, grant the importance and priority that is
due since if time is allowed to pass, it can worsen affecting the work environment
and business objectives, make all staff aware of the differences between all people,
tolerance and empathy.

Some specific activities that can assist in this process can include:
 Formal meetings
 Informal meetings
 Collating information from complaint forms or feedback forms
 Email responses from customers, suppliers and vendors
 Information sourced from newsletters or blogs
 Media and press releases, as well as stories relating to the company that may
be published on the internet or in other media

Social diversification is the main component that must be taken into account when
communicating with staff, in addition to this, the following aspects must be taken into
account:

 English and grammar skills

 Cultural sensitivity to issues

 Religious sensitivity to issues

 Perception of job security
