At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

1. How to prepare sandwiches


2. Prepares a variety of stocks, sauces, and soups used in different cultures
3. Independently demonstrates competencies in storing and reheating stocks, sauces,
and soups.

II. Subject matter


Topic: Preparing Sandwiches and Preparing Stocks, Soup and Sauce
Material: Laptop, Video, Power Point Presentation
Reference: Career Pathway in T.L.E 9 page 87-100

Values integration

III. Procedure

A. Motivation
The students will be watch a video clip about preparing a stocks and soup

B. Activity
Let them answer the following question:
1. What is the video all about?
2. How did you interpret the video?
3. What is our topic for today?

C. Discussion

D. Abstraction
Let them answer the following question:
1. What is the meaning of stocks?
2. What are the types of Soup?
3. What are the guidelines for preparing stock?
IV. Evaluation

The students will answer the page 94 Test II.

V. Assignment

Make a simple preparing soup and take a photo.
