Dear Mrs. Bolado,

I am very interested in being a Bilingual Collections Representative for your company. I meet every
requirement and more on your qualifications list. I am very fluent in Spanish, I am able to read, write, and
spell this language. I have gained much experience in learning to adapt to various working environments
because I am on the way to graduate in June from my early college high school program. Through my high
school years I also adjusted to a college level of education as well. In this Crowley Collegiate Academy
program, I also honed my time management, leadership, organization, and collaboration skills because this
program is AVID based. Being in a selective and rigorous program made classes sizes small which allowed me
to acquire relationship building expertise.

I am the perfect candidate for this position. I have much experience with the requirements for this position. In
my sophomore year I took a college Business Communication course and I also took a college Business
Computer Information Systems class that taught me how to use the various Microsoft Office programs.
Currently I am taking a Technical Business Writing course that is teaching how to connect with various
audiences and how to communicate to them clearly by focusing on the details and their needs. Being able to
read and know my audience will allow me to format business documentation correctly. I specifically have
experience in working in a bilingual setting when I worked in the Tarrant County Elections as a bilingual
clerk. My job was to direct people to the correct voting stations and help them with their questions, especially
for those with a language barrier between English and Spanish.

I have great multitasking skills which is displayed in my ability to juggle high school classes and college
courses as well as all the extracurricular and volunteer work in between. I understand that this job requires
you to have special relationships with the customers and should be empathetic and patient. I am very
empathetic and have experience with children through babysitting. It takes a lot of trust for parents to leave
you with their children and must have patience to care for children. Thank you for your time and
consideration, I hope that you will interview me for this position after learning more about my qualifications
and please note that my contact information is above.

Sincerely,

Sara Escobar
