The single point objective of this course to enable the participants to reflect, and to learn more about
themselves at a deeper level.

Outcomes: After completion of the course, students would be able to :


1. Discover the interconnections between personal mastery, inspired leadership and reinvention of the
individual.
2. Apply the discoveries to enhance their leadership skills.
3. Interpret their own personal frameworks and issues that hold them back from achieving their full
potential.
4. Apply their understanding of concepts and frameworks for reinventing themselves.
The course seeks to be transformational at a personal level.
