OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Following our discussions, we are pleased to offer you the position of QC Piping Engineer with
Target LLC (Oman). (the ‘Company’/ ’Employer’). I attach the Employment Contract which sets out
the terms and conditions in accordance with the Company’s standard terms and conditions of
employment for expatriate field/ operational employees and encompasses all related HR policies,
procedures and practices in force from time to time.

The employment contract is conditional upon the following:

 You providing a valid passport, normally with in at least 18 months validity, for your visa
application.
 You providing copies of relevant Education/Qualification Certificates and any documents
required by immigration in Oman.
 Medical clearance from a doctor approved by the Company to confirm your fitness to work and
blood screening to confirm that you do not have Hepatitis A, B or C, or HIV/Aids as required by
immigration in Oman.
 A visa, residence permit, and any other necessary documentation to work for Target LLC in
Oman being granted to you by the authorities.

Please return a signed copy of your contract to confirm your acceptance of this offer within 2 days of
the issue date. You should send all other documentation requested as soon as possible to commence
employment procedures.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT LETTER

This Employment Contract (the ‘Contract’) is entered and agreed by and between Target LLC
(the ‘Company’) and Dhiraj Dhirendra Kumar (the ‘Employee’)

WHEREAS the Company and the Employee have agreed that the terms of this Contract as set out
below in the Main Terms and Conditions and supplemented by Appendices (1) shall govern their
employer/employee relationship.

Main Terms and Conditions

1) Commencement Date
Your employment will commence on 25th March 2021. Candidate should report on or before 23rd
March 2021.

2) Duration of Contract
The Employment Contract will be for a limited duration of two (2) years, and in the absence of any
other notice will terminate on completion of twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of
commencement of the contract. The duration of the Employment Contract may be extended with
the written agreement of both parties, for a period to be agree by the parties. The Contract is
subject to satisfactory performance and suitable work being available and no damages will be
payable by either party in the event of early termination in accordance with agreed notice
requirements.

3) Probation
Continued employment shall be subject to satisfactory completion of an initial three (3) months
probationary period (2 work rotations).

4) Notice Period for Termination


Thirty (30) days’ notice in writing by either party following completion of probation Period. However,
the Company has the right to terminate the Contract without notice subject to exclusions as per
Omani Labor Law.

5) Job Title
You shall be employed by the Company in the position of QC Piping Engineer.

6) Medical
The Employee have to complete their medical and forward Negative reports of Covid-19 before 72
hours of getting Air Ticket and Visa.

7) Location
P.O. Box 574, P.C. 112, Ruwi, Sultanate of Oman. However, the Employee may be required to work
at any other premises, as directed by the Company from time to time. Business to work at any other
countries may be required in accordance with Company policy.
8) Hours of Work
The employee will be required to work Five (5) days per week, up to a maximum of Ten (10) hours
per day, excluding overtime, according to shifts determined by Management as per Company Policy.

9) Standby
Notwithstanding the working hours under clause 8 above, the Employee will be on standby for call
out 24 hours per day whilst in Oman to cover any emergency situation.

10) Work Rotation


The Employee will work on a rotation basis to thirty (30) continuous calendar days periodically
(normally once per year) the number of days worked and on rotation leave will be reviewed and any
adjustment necessary shall made to the salary.

a) Arrival
Where the Employee arrives in Oman at 12:00 noon of before, that will be counted as a working day.
Where the Employee arrives in Oman after 12:00 noon, that will be counted as rotation leave. If the
flight is delayed, the original planned arrival time will count for calculating working days and rotation
leave.

b) Departure
Where the Employee leaves Oman at 12:00 noon or before, that will be counted as rotation leave.
Where the Employee leaves Oman after 12:00 noon that will be counted as a working day. If the
flight is delayed, the actual departure time will count for calculating working days and rotation leave.
Any delay following departure from Oman will not be taken into account for calculations.

10) Overtime
The salary Excluding all payment related to any overtime worked.

An uplift of 125% for the additional overtime OMR 3.17/-Per Hour

11) Salary Package


Your post is grade 5 and your salary package is made up as shown below.

a) Basic Salary
660 OMR per calendar month. This basic salary is inclusive of all standby duty and holiday pay.

b) Monthly Allowance
235 OMR as per month in Oman.
12) Social Security
Any Omani Social Security payment due by the Employee shall be deducted from Employee’s
earnings, as required by the applicable Omani Laws, unless an exemption is obtained. The Company
shall pay its share of Omani social Security, National Insurance or other similar contributions
required in any other country, as per the relevant applicable laws.

13) Accommodation, Meals and Transport


All accommodation, meals and transportation during working days at site shall be provided by the
Company. Accommodation, meals and transportation shall be provided or reimbursed as per
Company Policy. Employee can apply for Family Accommodation after 3 months of joining.

14) Annual Leave


The Employee’s rotation leave is inclusive of all annual leave entitlement per year and payment is
included in the salary.

15) Annual Bonus


Bonus is discretionary and any payments will be made in accordance with Company policy and
eligibility criteria as determined by the Company.

16) Official Holidays


The Employee shall be required to work on any official holidays declared by the government in
Oman which fall during the work rotation. Payment for all official holidays in included in the salary.

17) Sick Leave


After completion of six months service the following sick leave provisions will apply subject to
Company policy, prior to which sick leave be unpaid:

 First 15 days - full pay


 Next 30 days - half pay
 After 45 days - no pay

18) Air Ticket


A single ticket shall be provided from the Point of Origin to Oman at the start of the contract. A
return air ticket will be provided to the Employee from Oman to the Point of Origin and back of
Oman, for each rotation leave. A single Ticket shall be provided from Oman to the Point of Origin at
the end of the contract. All ticket shall be issued in Accordance with Company Policy. After 3 months
of joining, Family ticket shall be provided from the point of origin to Oman.

19) Medical Insurance


Medical Insurance will be provided to the Employee, in accordance with Company Policy. Whilst on
site, the Employee will have access to the Company’s Clinic.

20) Life Insurance


Life Insurance will be provided to the Employee, in accordance with Company Policy.
21) End of Service Gratuity
The Employee’s service period shall be counted from the date of commencement of the contract as
defined in Clause 1 above. After a minimum of one (1) complete year of continuous service, the
Employee shall be entitled to the following gratuity/severance pay at the end of employment,
payable in accordance with OMAN Labor /law and Company Policy:

Remarks This offer is subject to the approval from Govt,
Authorities for Transferring the Sponsorship or
Obtaining the work visa for you. Company will not
be responsible for any delay in stamping the work
visa in the Oman Embassy at the candidate’s Home
Country which is beyond our control. No
compensation or claim regarding this matter will
be entertained by the Company.
Note: All Fringe Benefits/Allowance are subject to change as and when the Company Policy charges.

This offer is valid for a period of only two days from the date of Signature. It’s not considered as a
contract, as Target LLC will not bear any obligation unless the employment contract is signed
between the two parties.

By Signing this Employment Offer, the candidate agrees to abide by the Employer rules and
regulations. Matters not covered by this Employment Offer or the Employer’s Policies and Procedure
shall be dealt with in accordance with the Labor Law of Oman.

The Employment Offer is the final agreement and supersedes all previous correspondence or
agreement related to the position and benefits. Furthermore, Candidate hereby undertakes to keep
all his Remuneration offered to him strictly confidential.
