Conclusion

In conclusion, the purpose of this practical was to apply NADOPOD regulations in all the cases in
question and to provide a clearer understanding of the forms to fill out depending on the type of cases.
After reviewing the 3 cases Chin Enterprise. Results indicate that there are 2 cases of hazardous incident
and injury, and 1 cases of occupational disease and poisoning. All cases were filled in their respective
forms, which were form JKKP 6 and form JKKP 7. The cases were then filled out in the form JKKP 8,
where the calculations were made for the annual NADOPOD list. Based on these measured results all
accident, frequency and severity levels are low. Further research must however be carried out to reduce
these levels as much as possible. Two of the approaches that could be achieved are by carrying out
HIRARC and HAZOP studies to identify the potential hazards, and ways of reducing the threats they
pose. We could reduce the risks by introducing control steps based on the control hierarchy. In taking
these steps, the company will have a better working climate.
