I want to obtain a position as a lead teacher at a licensed childcare center working

with PreK children to gain more experience after graduating. Five key skills that I
have or qualifications that I possess are I have the ability to find a balance
between structure and spontaneity. I know that not everything that
goes as planned. This is one skill that is important and allows me to
be flexible and still be able to fulfill the curriculum. Secondly, my
creativity allows me to create new ways to do the same thing. My
creativity will allow me to come up with new and engaging art
projects or different ideas that can inspire others. My creativity will
also help to help the children in my class to think out of the box.
Thirdly, I believe that my communication skills allow me to teach but
also be a listener and help the young children in my classroom to
express themselves. Fourth, I am energetic especially when it comes
to doing something that I love, and that love is teaching. Being
energetic will help me to keep the children engaged whether it is a
game or lesson. Last, the ability to collaborate with the children in
my classroom lets them know that although I am the teacher, I
value what they have to say and respect them just as I expect them
to respect me.

I believe that the skills and work experience of my resume are the strongest and
highlight my qualifications. My skills are detailed and describe what I am capable of
doing as well as have experienced before. My work experience shows that I am
reliable, dedicated, and I believe in stability and longevity.

your selected skills or qualifications. If you build a new resume, list three things
you put on your resume that emphasizes your selected skills or qualifications.

If I was to build a new resume first, I would omit my objective because it is outdated.
Secondly, I would add trainings, certificates and awards that I may have received.
Last, I would I emphasized on my skills and work experience.
