17. What did you like about the internship/student-teaching program?

I like being with the students and building rapport relationship with teachers and students. I
also love the fact that supervisor is very welcoming to the students and gave whatever support he
could give to the interns. The teachers at Ekamai are ready to help the intern-teacher and they did
not hesitate to give teaching hours that the intern-teachers need. They give the intern full opportunity
to apply our skills and the theory we learned from the university.

18. What do you think needs to improve?

The first thing this course need to improve is to update the materials such as date and total
scores. The date and assignments of all the materials are 2020 which is last year. This is the main
thing need to improve.
Regarding to the collaborative teachers is to guide intern-teachers on how to modify the
lesson plans in order to meet particular teaching design, how to implement and prepare the activities
and lesson plan based on the unit plan of the year. Another thing is to give the genuine feedback to
the intern-teachers. I am aware that the teachers are very busy but I will be very much appreciated
they took some times to give us honest evaluation which can help us realized what we need to
improve to become a better teacher. It means to includes comments on strengths and weakness in
the evaluation rather than just circling the numbers.
