Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences for high school students are scheduled for Wednesday,
March 23 and Thursday, March 24 from 3:30pm –7:00pm at Warsaw Community High School
and Warsaw Area Career Center. Participating in parent-teacher conferences is an excellent
opportunity for parents to show support for their son or daughter from an academic
perspective.

Parent meetings will also be held for parents of current Sophomore and Junior
students. The Sophomore parent meeting will be held in Tiger Central on Wednesday March
23 from 7:00pm – 8:00pm, and the Junior parent meeting will be in Tiger Central on Thursday
March 24 from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

The layout for conferences will be different than past spring conferences. On March
23rd, teachers will be grouped by department and located in the Performing Arts Center foyer,
the Cafeteria, or in the Media Center. Signs will be posted to assist in finding the location of
your child’s teachers. On March 24th, teachers will be located in their classrooms or seated in
a centralized location by department.

In an effort to reduce the use of paper and supplies, and because the 3rd quarter
ends on March 23rd, student grades and schedules will not be printed for conferences.
Parents are encouraged to attend with their students. If attending without their student,
parents are asked to have their student provide them with a schedule, listing their teacher’s
name and subject prior to arriving.

With home and school working together as a team, every young person has a greater
chance for success.
