How to order clothes on Shein (Desktop)

1) Search us.shein.com into your search engine

a. When you open the website the first thing you will see is a pop-up
about coupons.
b. Press “Collect all”

c. A pop-up to sign in / sign up will appear

i. Fill in the appropriate information
ii. Sign in with an existing google/Facebook account if desired

2) Choose a category that best fits the style you are looking for
3) Choose a subcategory that best fits what you’re looking for

a. OR hover over the subcategory to open a tab of hyperlinks that allow

you to browse with a specific filter

4) Pick a specific style to narrow down your

searches from the top bar (optional)

5) Add filters to your search using the drop down

boxes on the left hand side (optional)
a. Choose the size(s), material(s), color(s),
etc
6) Browse through the items until you find
something that catches your eye
7) Click on the item you are interested in
8) Look at different angles of the item
(sometimes a model is wearing the item) by
clicking the images on the left hand side
9) Click the “Size & Fit” drop down tab to check the measurements of the
model and/or the item for each of the available sizes
a. A size chart will be available that shows measurements of specific body
parts and dimensions of the item
i. Change the measurement unit by clicking the CM/IN button. The
button that is black is the current unit.

10)Click the blue hyperlink under the chart labeled “View more size information”
to learn more about the sizing
11)A size guide will appear and information about the Fit Type and Stretch will
be shown
 a.
12)Exit out of the Size Guide, scroll up, and pick the size that will work for you.
Once selected the option will be bolded
a. SHOULDER FRONT - Measure straight from the edge of one shoulder
to the other at the front.
b. SHOULDER BACK - Measure straight from the edge of one shoulder to
the other at the back.
c. BUST- Measure straight at the fullest part of your bust all the way
around your body.
d. WAIST - Measure your natural waist all the way around your body.
e. HIP - Measure all the way around your body at the fullest part of your
hips.
f. SLEEVE LENGTH - Measure from the tip of the shoulder to the base of
the thumb for long-sleeve or to desired sleeve length for short-sleeve.
13)Click the drop down box below the product measurements tab that says
“Description” to find more information, such as material, about the item
14)Scroll down to see reviews from people who have ordered that item
15)Select “ADD TO BAG” once you’ve confirmed your desire for the item
16)Immediately, a pop-up will appear under the shopping bag tab
17)Click “VIEW BAG” or the shopping bag icon. You will be redirected to your
shopping bag

18)Press the “Delete” button to the bottom right of the image to take out that
item from your shopping bag
19)Press “Move to Wishlist” to remove the item from your shopping bag and
into your wishlist
a. Wishlist: a list of desired but often realistically unobtainable items a
wish list of useful changes
20)Press the ‘-‘ and ‘+’ buttons to change the quantity of that item
21)Click the rectangle drop down button next to the image of the item to
change the size
22)A pop-up will appear to show other size options. Choose the desired size.
23)Press “UPDATE” once completed
24)Click “CHECKOUT SECURELY NOW” once ready to move on. You will be
redirected to the “Place Order” tab

25)You may be redirected to add shipping information, if not click the “+ADD
NEW ADDRESS” button to add your shipping address
26)Choose a shipping option
27)Add a coupon code (should have some applied from pressing “collect all” in
the beginning if requirements for the coupon are met) on the right hand
side. Here you can also use “SHEIN Points” to take money off your order,
apply a Gift Card, and use money from your Wallet Balance towards your
purchase.
28)Scroll to choose a payment method then click the “PLACE ORDER” button
29)You will be redirected to whichever payment service was chosen to complete
the transaction. From here you will need to create an account or sign in for
that service and confirm payment.
30)After paying you will receive a confirmation email (in the email used for
SHEIN account) and your order will be processed.
