PP Urban is requesting an extension of the subcontract period for the Interconnecting Pipe Rack Foundation civil works project from the original completion date of February 20, 2021 to the proposed new date of January 30, 2022. 2. PT. PP Urban is also requesting compensation for indirect costs due to the delayed handover of work areas from RDMP JO. They are also requesting an adjustment for increased material prices due to global price rises and the extension of the project completion period. 3. PT. PP Urban provided attachments to support their requests for an extension of time, compensation for indirect costs and material price adjustments.     Subject : Notice Extension of Time (EoT) Meeting

    Dear Sir,
    Refers to Minutes of Meeting dated on 14 th April 2021 between PP Urban and RDMP JO about
    Extension of Time (EoT) of subcontract period of Interconnecting Pipe Rack Foundation, we would
    inform as below:
    1. We Agree with Extension of Time of subcontract period with details:

    Original Subcontract 20/12/2019 - 20/02/2021 429 days
    1st Amendment 20/12/2019 - 30/01/2022 773 days
    With terms of handover schedule each area is on time with the detail execution plan that agreed
    between PP Urban and RDMP JO. (Attachment 1)
    2. With the agreement of Extension of Time (EoT), we would like to demand provisions as below:
    a. Compensation for Claim of Indirect Cost
    The Extension of Time of subcontract period is not caused by PP Urban failure, but late
    workfront handover from RDMP JO that refers to our letter
    No.012/EXT/PPUB/DKP/III/2021 dated on 18th March 2021. (Attachment 2)
    b. Adjustment new price due to global price raise issue for material rebar, anchor bolt, embedded
    plate. This issue is caused by delay of work period that should be finished on February 2021,
    but extended until January 2022 and impacted price rise of those materials.
    We propose those materials supplied by RDMP JO (SBO). (Attachment 3)
    c. Approval new item for concrete coating that refers to RFC dated on 6th October 2020 for R80
    that on construction. (Attachment 4)
