BankBuddy is a cognitive banking CX platform to help you offer "personalized" "intelligent" &
"frictionless" banking across customer journeys, languages, channels & segments.
BankBuddy is a Financial Technology (FinTech) company providing Artificial Intelligence
solutions to help financial institutions Automate, Analyze & Assist stakeholder interactions with
pre-built customer experience automation solutions for financial institutions covering Retail
banking , corporate banking, investment banking & Insurance.

Financial institutions are struggling to keep up with rapid changes in customer behaviour be it new
messaging channels, customer service expectations or personalised service delivery. A vast
majority of financial institutions are looking at Artificial intelligence to solve the above-mentioned
challenges with limited success as it requires a unique combination of AI, technology, domain,
channels & customer experience. Further, AI solutions require a huge amount data and continuous
maintenance. Thus, there is a need for a banking domain specific productised Customer Experience
platform to help banks leverage Artificial Intelligence at scale.

Pay package

Stipend during 1 year of Internship : 30 K per month


CTC after 1 year of Internship : 8 LPA to 12 LPA (depending on the department for which they
will be hired.)

Skills Required

· Python (Mandatory) + Django, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle database, Jquery / AngularJS (any


other Javascript library).
• Efficient algorithms design and development.
• Expertise with shell programming and understanding of the Linux environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs applications development tasks of moderate to considerable difficulty involving


complex business and/or mathematical and/or algorithmic problems; and performs related
functions as required.

• Development of core and extensible modules of enterprise grade products involving big data,
machine learning and extensive web / API crawling and parsing for future predictive analysis.

• Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end modules starting from user interface, business
logic layer and database layer.

• Assists in research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications


throughout the software development life cycle.

• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes code.

• Participates in requirements gathering meetings and produces technical documentation as needed.
