Fita cracker
Spring onion
Procedure
1. Mise en place
2. Wash tomato, onion and bell pepper
3. Heat frying pan and add half can tuna, saute till golden brown
4. Chop tomatoes in your desired cuts
5. For plating, use fita as your base and design your canape. Use spring onion and red bell pepper
for garnish if desired
6. You can also use the remaining tuna for another plating design
