There are three dharmic religion, Hinduism, Mahayana and Theravada. Buddhism has two
branches, Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada Buddhism.
HINDUISM
 The god of Hinduism are Brahman, Vishnu and Shiva and they have lots of god
 Their place of origin is India.
 Hinduism has no founder.
 Their sacred scripture is Vedas.
 The practices and beliefs of Hinduism is karma and dharma.
 Their issues are Women in Hinduism, Sati or Suti and Caste System
 The destiny of Hinduism is reincarnation until they gain ultimate enlightenment.
 Their purpose is to achieve the four fold purpose of life.
MAHAYANA BUDDHISM
 The god of Mahayana Buddhism is Buddha
 Their place of origin is also in India.
 The founder of Mahayana Buddhism is Siddhartha Gautama
 Their sacred scripture is Lotus Sutra.
 The practices and beliefs of Mahayana Buddhism are four noble truth and eight fold path
 Their issues are Activism, Tzu Chi Foundation and Tibet Incasion
 The destiny of Mahayana Buddhism is all things in this world are impermanence
 Their purpose is to terminate all forms of suffering
THERAVADA BUDDHISM
 The god of Theravada Buddhism is also Buddha
