    Equipments used :

    1 Scissor / Blade

    2 Tensile Tester

    3 Measuring Scale.

    Sample Preparation :

    1 Take one sample of Cured tube (Fixed with valve).

    2 Cut the Strip arround 10 mm width of valve base fixed with tube and measure the width of strip.

    Procedure :

    1 Separate the valve base rubber to the tube from one end with help of blade.

    2 Fix the Specimen in jaws and start pulling of It , ensure that Machine Speed Should be 50mm/min .

    3 When Valve-base starts getting separated from the tube , observe the Reading from Dial-Guage .

    4 Record the reading when the needle of dial gauge reaches its highest.

    Calculation :

    -- Direct Recording of Observations , No Calculations .

    PRECAUTIONS :

    1 Cured tubes must be free from defect like Valve Under Cure , Valve Blister etc.
