1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):


The best part of the session is the sharing of ideas/insights on the setting of LDM- related
professional development goals. Members share their insights on what is goal toward
improving teaching practices in the modalities, what will push us to achieve the goal, and
what will help us to attain the goal. Teachers cited that we have to be equipped with the
knowledge in different platforms to be used in modalities we used and produce self-
centered activity sheets and lifelong skills through collaborative efforts of teachers and
stakeholders.
2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:
Buildings connections with stakeholders and learners’ mastery of their learnings
in different subject areas. Seek help for the support of parents through making group chat
in messenger, texting and other means of communication to attain the learning goals by
using different modalities. Connect to community such as alumni, barangay officials and
neighbors to reach out students in answering/getting SLMs. Provide additional learning
materials, giving links and textbooks available to improve mastery of learnings.

4. Recommendations/Plans for next LAC session:
Planning on how to make teaching portfolio related to implementation of the modalities we
use.
