    ORDER PARTIALLY LIFTING THE SEAL

    After considering the United States’ ex parte motion for a partial lifting of the seal, the

    court finds that good cause has been shown. Accordingly, the court grants the motion and

    hereby orders: (1) that the seal in this case is lifted partially to allow the United States at its

    discretion to disclose to the defendants the existence of the case, a copy of the complaint, and

    information about the case; and (2) that all filings made in the case otherwise remain under seal

    until further order of this court.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
