Project manager for the Division Street parking lot redesigns, City of the Chewelah Main Street
improvement project, and the Stevens County survey and geotechnical project. I was project manager and
designer for the Barker Road segment of the Centennial Trail, the City of Post Falls downtown urban
renewal and a K-Mart site redesign. Duties also included managing engineering and construction budgets.

I was a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) in Washington State. I prepared specifications and plans for
private site developments and municipal utilities. I prepared maps and drawings for the Prosser Chamber
of Commerce and Prosser Parks and Recreation Dept. I also supplied bridge (lift) drawings required by the
Department of Transportation for a bridge contractor.

Development Review Manager Clark County Public Services Vancouver, WA


My staff of 10 was comprised of engineers, planners and technicians. I provided expert testimony at public
hearings and community meetings. Our Development Review section was responsible for assisting the
public through our process as smoothly and quickly as possible. We reviewed plans for adequate site
drainage, access, and land use.

As a Public Works Engineer I designed county road projects. My duties included roadway and drainage
design and the compilation of plans specifications and estimates.

Construction
As office engineer I was responsible for the contract administration on up to 6 contracts at a time. I
prepared progress estimates, wrote change orders, and wrote correspondence to contractors and
department personnel.

Field engineer for 2 post tensioned box girder bridges, 1 steel railroad bridge, and 1 prestressed girder
bridge. I was responsible for concrete and steel inspection and surveying. I also assisted in the inspection of
other roadway and bridge projects.

Design
Supervised the compilation of plans, specifications and estimates for interstate highway projects. These
activities included roadway and hydraulic design. Responsible for the training and performance of
engineering technicians. Party chief of survey crew in charge of highway location surveys. I worked closely
with our surveying and photogrammetry staff in headquarters.

I was responsible for the administration, coordination and engineering for commercial and residential plats.
Specific duties included plat layout and design; company representative at city council and planning
commission meetings; handled business correspondence pertaining to projects.
