By using "@iamsynthetic_ or 'Synthetic'" and "@onesharkboy" or "Shark Boy" samples

you agree and accept the following terms:

1. You must CREDIT @iamsynthetic_ (Synthetic) when using samples from this and/or
any "Synthetic" (@iamsynthetic_) sample pack - includes any beats made/produced by
you and beats sent out to artists (indie/major artists).

2. You must CREDIT @onesharkboy (Sharkboy) when using samples from this and/or any
"@onesharkboy" (Sharkboy) sample pack - includes any beats made/produced by you and
beats sent out to artists (indie/major artists).

2. You must use TAGS provided in the pack in any beat made/produced by you and in
beats sent out for artists (indie/major), using a @iamsynthetic_ (Synthetic) and/or
@onesharkboy (Sharkboy) sample, including collaborative samples.

3. Beat Sales:
If you are posting a beat for sale for sale, you must split sales with
@iamsynthetic (Synthetic) and/or @onesharkboy (Sharkboy).

You will split in the following manner: 50%/50% (solo/individual samples) and
25%/25%/50% or 33%/33%/33% (collaborative samples)

4. Royalty-Split:

Samples/MIDI are NOT ROYALTY-FREE you must split accordingly:

For all beats using samples from this pack you will split royalties by 50%/50%
(individual),
or 25%/25%/50% (collaborative sample) or 33%/33%/33% (collaborative sample) with
@iamsynthetic_ (Synthetic) and/or @onesharkboy (Sharkboy)

This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers,
recording artists, etc.

5. Clearance:

If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree
to splitting the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with "Synthetic"
(@iamsynthetic_) and/or "@onesharkboy" (Sharkboy).
If you use a sample from this pack you agree to the aforementioned terms and gree
to split the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with "Synthetic"
(@iamsynthetic_) and/or "@onesharkboy" (Sharkboy).

Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to "Synthetic"(@iamsynthetic_)

and/or "@onesharkboy" (Sharkboy).
