AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP, RIGHTS TO OCCUPY AND

CHANGE NAME OF ACCOUNT
I, NIMROD G. GEGANZO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Brgy. Igcocolo, Guimbal, Iloilo, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say, That:

1. I am one of the surviving and compulsory heirs of the late Teresa Geganzo
being her second to the youngest child;

2. Said Teresa Geganzo is a registered member of ILECO-I with account no.

3. After the death of my mother, Teresa Geganzo sometime in November 2017,

I immediately occupied her property, specifically identified as Lot No. 9562
situated at Brgy. Igcocolo, Guimbal, Iloilo, where the the line of ILECO-I is
connected;

4. For the last four (4) years I have been occupying the afore-mentioned
property, hence, I took the initiative to transfer the name of account no.
_______________ from Teresa Geganzo to mt own name for convenient
purposes;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
