Summary of Findings:

Hardware Specifications:

The specification of all the hardware installed in the PC where I am assigned

is all compatible with each other. The class or the specification of each
component is high end specially the processor.

Software Specifications:

All the system software and application software installed in the PC where I
am assigned is all compatible with each other. Because the operating system
installed is 64 bit, there is no problem in regards to the applications whatever
bits it is.

Diagnosing Computer Problems

Different computer problems.

On the PC where I am assigned, there is no computer problem yet. In terms of network,

al the PC in the lab are connected and also in a network.

Different peripherals problems.

There is no problem in regards to the peripherals of the computer installed in it. All the
cables are in good condition, as well as the wires.

Preventive Maintenance

Narrate how you maintained the hardware components of the computer.

Every laboratory hour and vacant time, I checked the hardware

components of the pc assigned to me. I checked whether the components
are working properly and if there is no problem specially in regards to the
wirings or cables of the components if there is a cut or problems.

Narrate how you maintained the software aspects of the computer.

I uninstalled some of the applications that is not usually used therefor the
space that the application consumed will become available for the other
application. I checked also whether all the driver needed by the pc was all
installed.

List the tools used in cleaning the hardware parts of the computer.
