1.11. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of K to 12

curriculum.

K to 12 Curriculum has blended with new literacy such usage of developed technologies,
therefore it changes in knowledge, actions, attitudes and behavior of the persons involved
especially students in K to 12 era, using new strategies and resources that its provision for
people involved, It requires efforts that goals would be surely achievable, and for its
additional 2 years in senior high, students would surely prepare what appropriate field and
forte that could fit them for their future . But in other perspective, K to 12 curriculum is
very time consuming for students especially those who already need work and money for
their existence. It has also an academics that could be a burden for students. But as we all
know, In Asia, we are the last country which implemented K to 12, therefore, complain is
not the way to solve for its issue but support ans respect to what we have for now.
 11-20. Identify the stakeholders and their roles in Curriculum implementation.

According to what I have learned stakeholders such as parents, teachers, school

heads, administration, and school boards are the one who involved in curriculum
implementation,
> teachers who Plan, design, teach, implement and evaluate the curriculum and they
need to continue with their professional development in order to success on the
curriculum implementation for school.
> Learners who have more dynamic participation especially in implementing
curriculum.
>School leaders who fully support the need for change and the implementation
process of a school.
> Parents who are formidable partners for the success of any curriculum development
endeavor.
> Community that reflects school’s influence and the school reflects the community
support.
> Government Agencies that agree and authorize the system of curriculum.

21-25. Identify and explain your own learning style.

For talks about my own learning style, I prefer and comfortable in discussion with
demonstration of words, visuals that could be pictures and videos because I always adapt
people’s way of acts and behavior that could be my learning to apply in reality.

26-30. What will be your techniques as a teacher in handling learners with different
learning style?

I believe that every student has its own back round and custom in life therefore they
definitely varied especially in learning style. As a license teacher it is very important to
search and look for strategies and method that could benefits every single of my
students and most importantly no students are left behind.
 31-35. Provide reasons and importance of curriculum evaluation.

It is very essential to have a curriculum evaluation, because through this, it would

monitor and observe if the implemented curriculum was effective or not.  It provides
the basis for curriculum policy decisions, for feedback on
continuous curriculum adjustments and processes of curriculum implementation.
The achievement of the goals and aims of educational programmes are would be
surely visible and expose legally.

36-40. Think and suggest best ways or techniques to evaluate students’ learnings using the
distance learning modality.

For talks about distance learning modality, It is surely hard to have a students who are
far away from you as a teacher. It uses technology and internet to have a proper lesson
and learning such as online class. But the most important thing is make sure that your
students are always updated and make them to feel the sense of belongingness any time.
