PART 1:

A GIRL WITH LONG BROWN HAIR AND PALE SKIN

IS RECORDING A VIDEO. SHE'S BUBBLY AND
TALKING LOUDLY INTO HER PHONE
"Hi guys, welcome back to the vlog!
Today I'm just walking around at the
park. I had school today and there was
tons of drama and sorts so I'm getting
some peace and quiet."

She walks around talking to her camera as a man walks by and

bumps into her.

THE MAN IS A FEW INCHES TALLER AND SKINNY.

HE SEEMS TO NOT BE PAYING ATTENTION.

"Oh, I'm sorry haha," The man says.

"No you're good it's okay, " The girl says. She smiles and
turns away.

After that, she turns to her camera and chats about how
awkward that exchange was and laughs uncomfortably.

After several minutes of walking around, she tells her vlog

she will be going home.

"Okay, guys I'm going to run to the store cause ya girl needs
an energy sleep. I got NO sleep at all! So ill see yall
there!"

Right as she's about to end her video, someone grabs her and
covers her mouth. She gets knocked out.

-NEWS-

Kayla DiPrete has been missing for days. No one has heard
from her since the day of her taking. Her phone seems to be
off as no one is able to reach her or get a message through.
Her parents are frantic and have sent out many search
parties. No one can find a clue.

PART 2:

Days later Kayla appears on camera. Her makeup is smudges and

her face is dirty. She has a black eye.

Kayla starts a vlog and explains her situation.

"Hi. This video may never make it to the internet and I may

never make it out of here alive. If this someone gets

out...my name is Kayla. I have been missing for a long time.
I was taken and locked in this basement. Just yesterday I
escaped here and searched the house. I found my phone but
there is no service. I tried looking for a way out but he
caught me. He threw me back down here and has refused to give
me food. He gives me less water now too. I'm trapped. I can't
get service and I was lucky enough he didn't know I took my
phone back. I need help. I am going to try to document my
journey to escaping as best as I can. Who knows many of these
will get posted one day and my death won't be a mystery."

Kayla shows around her and talks to the camera for a short
time more. The camera cuts out soon after.

"Hey, guys I'm back. I just woke up and I don't think he's
here. I need to find a way out of here." Kayla searches
around the room. She carefully heads to the stairs and walks
up the. She tries to unlock the door and bust it open but it
won't budge.

Kayla then eyeballs the kitty door and tries to fit through
it. She obv doesn't fit and gets back up.

"Well, I definitely don't fit there. I

honestly don't even know why I tried.
Nothings working. I had one fucking
chance and I blew it!"

She walks over toward the second door and steps up the
stairs. She pushes over and over as hard as she can but they
won't open either.

"What the HELL!" She falls to the

floor "I am never getting out of here
now..."

The camera cuts out.

PART 3:

Kayla hits the record and shows her

face on the camera. Her face looks
even more messed up and tired.
"Hey...so uh today I got food and some
water. It's hard to tell exactly how
many days its been but it feels like
its been five days since I last had

food."

She shows the camera her small plate of food. Then she
returns the camera to her face.

"I need to get out of here...I'm so

weak and exhausted that it's hard to
do now. He starves me so much and I'm
losing energy."

She shovels her food into her mouth and jugs water.

"Okay so this guy...he has a

schedule," Kayla tells her camera. "In
the morning, if he chooses to feed me
he does, or he does whatever he does
and leaves soon after. Usually not
long after he gives me food he leaves.
That's usually when I try to get out.
He told me next time I pull something
my punishment will be much worse. But
I gotta get out. I need to."

Kayla takes a deep breath and sits in silence. She then

returns to the camera.

"Okay...this is my last chance to get

out. I think he should be gone now so
let's go."

She gets up and goes to the door right next to her. She
slowly walks up the stairs and pushes on the door. She pushes
and pushes until she feels it budge a little. She takes a
second to recollect herself.

Kayla winds herself up and then lunges at the door, pushing

it. She busts it open and she uses her strength to push it
wide open. Her camera cuts out.

PART 4:

Kayla turns her camera on.

"Guys...guys...I did it. Holy shit I'm

free. Okay, I need to keep going
though."

Kayla keeps running through the woods repeating that she has
no idea where to go or where the closest house or road is.

She points the camera in her surroundings to show how lost

she was. All there was were trees.

As she turns her camera back to her she mumbles something.

"Oh GOD!" Her camera cuts out.

Her camera cuts back in for a short moment as she's running

through the woods. She says nothing and gives no explanation.
After a few seconds, her camera cuts back out.

For the last time, the camera comes back on. Kayla is sitting
on the ground and looks to be almost hiding.

"I just want to thank everyone who has

watched my videos. Vlogging was always
my dream and even if only a few
watched mine...it still made my day. I
have some service where I am now so I
will attempt to post this. If anyone
sees this...my name is Kayla and I am
lost in the woods. I don't know where
I am. I am in danger."

Kayla turns to her right and gazes at

something. She then reaches for her
phones and the camera cuts For the
final time.
