Strategic CRM is concerned about the customers. Means in this type the business puts customers
first and think about their growth and new addition for their value addition.

Example: Google adding voice command for better search activity

Operational CRM:

As the name suggests this represents when a business tries to focus on the business processes like
marketing, selling and services.

Analytical CRM:

Analytical CRM is linked with segregating, storing, modifying, processing, interpreting and reporting
customer-related data. This is basically linked with all the internal activities and figures of business
which needs to be out at required time for the analysis.

Example: Nike is doing analysis of its sales report to see how much sales occurred this year and
which age group is on trend.

Front Office CRM:

Front office CRM is directly indicating the customer relationship management. Which means when a
business wants to create the impression from the first hour. When a customer visits the place,
he/she gets best treatment for the services.

Example: when we go to the Maruti showroom we can see the best Front office CRM there.

Transactional CRM:

Transactional CRM is dealt with the selling the product in the system and all the documents are done
through online.
