Subject: Letter of Employment

This letter is to confirm our discussions and offer you a position in TLS Services Pvt
Ltd. We are pleased that you can join us full time as CSE on 10th June 2020. The details of
your offer are based as of this letter and your compensation package is Rs.8,000/- per
Month. Please read and retain them for your records.

COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT:
You will be employed by the company in the function CSE with effect from 10th June
2020. Your terms and conditions of employment are as described below.
You will report directly to an assigned supervisor or manager of the company or one of his /
her designate(s), as applicable.

COMPENSATION:
The details of your compensation are clearly explained in this Letter.
The compensation package of Rs.96,000/- per annum will be subject to the usual tax and
applicable deductions, normally to be withheld by any employer in India.

TRAINING:
You will be having 3 days of training in the company location.

PROBATION:
You will initially be on probation for a period of three months from the actual date of
joining and will continue to be so unless and until you are expressly conferment in the
regular service of the company.

During the probationary period, your services are liable to be terminated with at any
time, without any notices/commission or assigning of any reasons thereof and at the sole
discretion of the company.

During the probationary period, your performance will be thoroughly assessed and
evaluated by your supervisors and only on satisfactory completion of your initial or extended
probationary period, you will be confirmed.

NOTICE PERIOD:
Notice period is considered to start from the point the resignation letter is received
to the manager by the employee. 1month of notice period should be served by the employee
for proper relieving from the company.

TERMINATION:
Your employment may be terminated by the company without prior notice or
payment in lieu of notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have consistently

failed to perform as per the set performance metrics for your function(s), or that you are
guilty of misconduct / negligence, or have committed any breach of his agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

During the tenure of the employment, the company will absolutely won all Intellectual
Property produced by the employee. Intellectual Property includes but not limited to
documentation, training manuals, process improvements, inventions, designs and other form
of publication containing information relating to the products or services of the Company.

ACCEPTANCE OF EMPLOYMENT:
The terms of this offer are strictly confidential between you and the company and any
breach of this confidence will be viewed with utter seriousness.

If we do not receive the signed letter from you confirming the acceptance of this offer
within 4 working days of this letter, this offer stands withdrawn and should not be considered
as binding on the company.
