TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT FOR
ICCP POWER CABLES
Tender technical proposal shall be evaluated through 2 steps, detailed as below:
Step 1 : Technical proposal shall be passed Step 1 if it meets ALL the conditions as below:
1. Scope of supply (Section 1 of Technical Requirement): Comply as required in Technical Requirement Document.
2. Year of Manufacture (Section 3 of Technical Requirement): Comply as required in Technical Requirement Document.
3. Warranty (Section 6 of Technical Requirement): Comply as required in Technical Requirement Document.
Step 2 : Step 2 shall be evaluated in case the Technical tender proposal passed conditions in Step 1

5. Recommended Original Countries for Cables: EU/G7: 100%; KALRE TURKEY/Australia / Thailand/ Korea/ Singapore/
Vietnam : 60%; Other countries: 20%

- And total score of Item "V" of Step 2 is equal or higher than 80 points
Disqualified Conditions: One of the below conditions:
- Disqualified in "Step 1"
- One (01) "R" designated point
- Passed in "Step 1" but Total score of Item "V" of Step 2 is below 80 points
