9. CHALLENGES/CONSTRAINTS ENCOUNTERED
There have been site accessibility issues due to damaged road a direct result of the ongoing rains.
We have been experiencing heavy rains which hinder ongoing works.

10. SAFETY POLICY

Workers will be provided with safety gear. First Aid kits are available at site. There is safe water
available at site and clean and hygienic toileting facilities. There is a health officer onsite.

11. AIDS/HIV CARE

Health seminars will be scheduled for raising awareness on HIV/AIDS. The seminars will include
preventative measures and ways to seek treatment. Additionally, there is a health officer at site all
the time.

The weather station appears to be damaged and registering false information. We have had heavy
rains for the past couple of days, but this is not reflected in the readings.
