Guidelines for submission of scientific E -Posters

(Related to Musculoskeletal Radiology & Imaging including spine, peripheral nerves)

•All abstracts should be in verdana font of size 12 and saved in MS word format (.doc)
or Rich Text Format only (.rtf) or portable document file (.pdf) format only.
•Send the file as an attachment to e-mail – ams2021posters@gmail.com
•Mention following details in the attachment.
A. Presenting author name. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
B. Co-authors; not more than 4 in number
C. Title:
D. Institution
•If you wish to submit another abstract, kindly repeat the same steps.
•The abstract would be accepted only if the presenting author is registered.
•Presentation should be balanced and contain no commercial and promotional content.
•Patient confidentiality should be protected. No names, hospital telephone numbers
or any other identifying information can appear in presentation.
•No changes in the abstract contents and the authorship will be allowed after the
final submission. If you wish to withdraw your abstract after final date you must
inform the scientific committee by e-mail only.
•The scientific work submitted should be original and not previously presented at
any national or international conference.
•The presentations can include full-fledged scientific studies or educational exhibits
which highlight the spectrum of radiological findings of a disease entity, teach or
review radiological signs, radiological-pathological correlation or describe an
interventional radiological technique or a procedure, related to radiology & imaging only.

The educational exhibit abstract can be divided into the following headings:
• Objective
• Content Organization: Imaging findings or procedure details
• Summary
•The decision of the scientific committee will be final.
•Last date of abstract submission – 30th June 2021
* Last date for submission of selected Posters 15th August 2021.

•Once accepted by the scientific committee, a confirmation email will be sent to you
and then the power point (pptx) needs to be mailed to ams2021posters@gmail.com
