ASSESSMENT TASK 1
Drivers are resistance to change which can negatively affect the company and
thus should be explained about the change in detail by keeping in mind their
requirements.
Productivity reporting shall be completed using PDA data.
It needs to build its market share so as to be the preferred choice as courier

2. Review the organisation’s current state to understand how the current policies,
practices and operations deliver against the organisation’s strategic goals.
Review the organisation’s performance against objectives with regards to its:

3. Monitor external trends to identify events or trends which may impact on the
achievement of the organisation’s strategic plan goals:
To achieve the goals the organization has to focus on the market changes in relation
to their business. Like competitors are using PDA,GPS so we should avoid falling
behind.
Changing number of driver from two to one will equipped with automatic lift
gates, will eliminate injuries for work safety.
a. identify specialists you will engage to help identify change requirements and be
prepared to explain your reasons for engaging these specialists
b. identify what consulting model you would adopt to engage the specialists and
be prepared to explain why you would use this model.
6. Assume your assessor is a specialist/expert of the kind you have identified in step 7.
Consult with your assessor to assist with identification of change management
requirements and opportunities.
1. Assume your assessor is a manager you have identified. Consult with your assessor to
review the changes you propose and to help you prioritise changes. Suggest and
justify the priority you have assigned to each change you recommend.
As for the strategic plan goals the corporate strategic goals are expanding business in
the metropolitans area to allow small to medium sized packaging to increase 7.5%
market share. Developing as integrated approach to managing distribution by using
technology such as PDA and GPS devices and retain strong and motivated workforce.

The entire detail about driver along with each pick up and drop off , records
when a duties starts and finished are provided by PDA .
GPS trucks are fitted with GPS technology to assist drivers with navigating to
ach pick up and drop off location.
