¿Para que se usa realmente?

Estos adverbios se usan con los adjetivos graduables que tienen escala de
intensidades, es decir, cuando tú lees:

He is intelligent - El es inteligente 

Sabes que "El" es el sujeto, e inteligente el adjetivo, nada más, pero al añadir
un adverbio de intensidad como podría ser very añades una escala de
intensidad al adjetivo dándole más peso al mismo.

He is very intelligent - El es muy  inteligente 

¿Aprecias la diferencia?

¿En que ocasiones uso una u otra?

Su significado:

Quite - Bastante
Very - Muy
Really - Realmente

Como dijimos antes, dichos adverbios se usan para dar intensidad a adjetivos
graduables, depende del contexto utilizaremos uno u otro, el orden de
intensidad sería:
Very que es "Muy" que supera muy por encima lo normal. It is used
before adjectives and adverbs to make them stronger.
I know he’s going to be very tired after his long trip.  (He’s going to be much
more than a little tired.)
We are both very interested in science.  (We’re much more than a little
interested.)
She learns very quickly.  (She learns more quickly than normal.)

Really que es "Realmente" y sería completamente mejor que los dos

anteriores (quizás con está última frase se te aclara la escala de intensidad y te
sea más fácil a la hora de elegir uno u otro). Really has the same meaning
as very, but really can be used before an adjective, an adverb and a verb.
She was really tired, so she went to bed.
He walked home really slowly.
I really like this city.
You cannot say:  I very like this city.  Very cannot be used before a verb but
only before an adjective or an adverb.
Quite que es "Bastante" podríamos considerarlo como algo un poco por
encima de lo normal. Quite is also strong and means the same thing
as very and really.  Like really, it is used
before adjectives, adverbs and verbs.

I’ve been quite tired these past couple days.

She sings quite beautifully.
We quite like that painting, so we’re going to hang it in the living room.

2.      Juan is 2.05 m tall. Joe is 2.00 m tall and Jim is 1.85. I think Joe is    tall.   Although, I

think Jim is   tall, too.

3.      The weather has been   rainy. 

4.      The yellow car is   old.     

5.      The gymnast can jump    high.

6.      This house is    big.   

                                    

7.      Sushi  is $15 dollars,  pizza is $ 20 dollars, and a hamburger is $ 5 dollars.  The pizza is   

expensive,  so I will choose to eat a hamburger that is   cheap.

 8.      The red truck is going 120 km/hr. It is going   fast.

9.      The blue truck is going 60 km/hr. It is going   fast.                       

10.  The yellow truck is going 80 km/hr.  It is going   fast.
