Introduction

As the 5 activities are related to each other having the creation and development of the business brand as
the common link, and to the state the activity 5 correctly, namely to create the calendar of actions and
publications for the next month, on the base of the actions created in the previous activity.

Development (Activity 3)

Introduction

In this activity, we will plan the calendar for the upcoming posts and topics to manage the social media
platform. The calendar of actions will be made for the following month, comprising the actions from the
previous activity. Also, the actions will be justified and all the publications details to be carried out will
be included.

Steps to achieve objectives

 Create calendar
 Sort the content to be used and choose the best topics
 Include them in the calendar
 Schedule posts based on calendar
 Write IG actions so far

Development

This is how the calendar of actions and publications for next month of April 2021 looks like in regard to
fitness and motivation:
The criteria used to compile it is from the previous actions chosen based on the realistic objectives set to
increase the engagement and fan base for our brand.
Another criteria s used to choose the actions are the target audience, to keep a clear, short and consistent
message that appeals their wants. More criterias are:

 The legal aspect and copyright responsibility is another criteria used to choose the actions.
 Realistic objectives previously set
 Creation of quality content and engaged community on the long term
 Having a business in mind, to sell fitness equipment after getting some traction on the IG account
No holidays will be next month in Romania to take them into account in the calendar.

Some actions examples carried out on the active social networks, namely Instagram account are:

 Profile picture, the logo was created


 Attractive bio written
 Stories started to be created and will be later categorized.
 Competitor research to see hashtags used by them and compete as well
 Lower competition hashtags used
 Articles ideas for content researched and some ideas used in posts
 Found and liked and followed other Instagram accounts and their photos
 Engaged in conversations on other IG accounts to get noticed

Conclusion

All in all, the calendar for the next month publications was created, to manage the social
networks, Instagram, and are following to be set up and running. For creating the calendar,
previously chosen action were used and the criteria we have followed were included together with
the publications. The calendar is up to date, being created on 31/03/2021 timestamp.
