    Alarm 1003 Turret Mis-Index (Fanuc 0i-TC)

    DESCRIPTION:
    we have alarm TURRET MIS-INDEX.
    This happens because in PMC Data the parameters D442 and D444 are different.
    When we set D442=D444, the machine works well for a period.
    Then the two parameters D442 and D444 become different again and the machine goes to all
    arm mode.
    We would like to know why the two parameters do not remain the same as they have been set and
    what we can do to solve this problem.
    Your quick help would be very appreciated because our technician is working on the machine now
    and he would like to solve the matter before leaving the costumer. Thank you very much for your
    understanding.
    PROCEDURE:
    D442 = Encoder of turret
    D444 = T code number
