Operational Feasibility
a. Is the Problem Worth Solving, or Will the Solution to the problem Work?
b. How Do the End Users and Managers Feel about the Problem (Solution)
A workable solution might fail because of the end-user or management resistance.
 Does the management support the system?
 How do the end users feel about their role in the new system?
 What end users or managers may resist or not use the system?
 How will the working environment of the end users change?

Technical Feasibility

Discuss the technical feasibility with three major issues:

 Is the Proposed Technology or Solution Practical?
- whether that technology is mature enough to be applied to the problems.
 Do they currently possess the Necessary Technology?
- availability
 Do they Possess the Necessary Technical Expertise?
- knowledge of the expertise (impact on the schedule)
