INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE AT NO 158, TINGKAT 1,
PERSIARAN MAYANG PASIR, BAYAN BARU, 11950 BAYAN LEPAS, PULAU PINANG.
(“PROJECT”)
RE : LETTER OF AWARD (“LOA”)

1. We, KAWALAN KESELAMATAN BG SDN BHD (herein referred to as “Client”) are pleased to
inform you, SOLARVEST ENERGY SDN BHD (herein referred to as “Contractor”), that you have
been awarded with the Project. The Client and the Contractor, individually shall refer to as the “Party”
and collectively as the “Parties”.

2. The Contract Price for this Project is RM 39,500.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty-Nine Thousand Five
Hundred) is acceptable and the breakdown of the contract sum as described in Appendix A for 8kWp
(“Capacity”). This Capacity and Contract Price are subject to adjustment depending on Roof
availability or Load Profile Study.

3. This LOA will be the legal binding documents. In the event a formal contract cannot be concluded, the
Contractor shall be requested to complete the work up to an agreed stage and the Contractor shall be
paid for work done on a quantum merit basis using the rates in the Bills of Quantities in Appendix A.

4. This LOA shall be governed and construed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with this LOA, the Parties shall resolve the matter amicably.

5. In any event if the Parties failed to resolve the dispute amicable, the Parties shall refer the dispute to the
court of Malaysia.

This letter is sent to you in duplicate copies. Please return to us the original copy which is duly signed and
witnessed as indicated below and retain a copy for your record.
