Dear mam,

As discussed, I have made a mentoring plan for Alice, our new staff member, which incorporates a
number of the goals that Alice has to work on, then there'll be a follow up
meeting once six months to ascertain however Alice is doing
and there's any modification required within the mentoring  plan.

Moreover, I have made the customer service training report, which summarises how the information
and training session was useful for the workers and therefore the overall results of it on the
company.
