The Atomic-cool Remote Cooler provides the largest temperature

drop of any fan mounted cooler. The fin and plate design maximizes
heat dissipation and minimizes oil pressure drop, especially
important on late model electronic overdrive transmissions. Cooler
core has either AN-6 (3/8” ID) or AN-8 (1/2” ID) inlets, hose barb
adapters are included if not using AN hose. Overall size 10” tall,

The In-Line fan thermostat is a clean and simple
way to control the electric fan on remote coolers.
Designed to thread onto the AN inlets of Derale
Cooler cores, the kit also includes hose barb

 Engine Oil Cooler Kits

The bottom half of your engine relies entirely on the
engine oil for its cooling. The crankshaft, bearings,
camshaft, lifters, connecting rods and pistons rely
on the engine oil to control the temperature. That’s
one of the reasons why keeping the oil within its
recommended operating range is so critical. The
other critical purpose of the engine oil is to lubricate
the bearings and the cylinder walls.
Keeping the oil in the correct temperature range
prolongs the life of the oil, helping to keep internal
engine parts within the factory tolerances while
extending the life of the engine. Kits include a
thermostatic sandwich adapter, which allows the
oil to bypass the oil cooler until it reaches operating
temperature, 10 feet of OEM spec oil hose and all
necessary mounting hardware.

Heavy Duty Tube & Fin seamless copper tubes expanded into 3/4”
aluminum extraction, plastic edge guard protectors

edge of the fan shroud. Add 3/4” to this measurement for the spacer.

Fan clutches are engineered to improve the

Thermal Fan Clutch vehicle’s cooling system efficiency. The clutch
engages the fan at low speeds when additional
cooling is needed. At high speeds the clutch
disengages the fan, removing the load against
the engine and allowing the engine to run more
efficiently.

There are two types of fan clutches, non-thermal

and thermal. Non-thermal fan clutches engage the
fan based on the shaft speed of the water pump.
Heavy Duty Fan Clutch Thermal fan clutches engage the fan based on a
bi-metal thermostatic coil, which senses the under
hood temperature.

Derale offers a full line of thermal and non-thermal

fan clutches to fit most popular foreign and
domestic applications. Fan clutches are available
in standard and reverse rotation.
