Dear Colleagues,

Yesterday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued new public health
guidelines stating that those who are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus can stop wearing
facemasks and maintaining social distancing in most settings. Based on the CDC’s guidance, the
state of Nevada also announced yesterday that fully vaccinated persons are no longer required
to wear masks indoors or outdoors.

As a result, we will no longer require fully vaccinated guests to wear masks at any of our Las
Vegas properties, effective at noon PST today, May 14th.

At this time, employees are still required to wear masks while on property, even if they are fully
vaccinated. We hope to announce updates to this policy soon. In the interim, we ask that all
fully vaccinated employees immediately upload their CDC vaccine card into Workday.

If you have not yet received a vaccine, I strongly encourage you to get one for free at our
vaccination clinic at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, which generally operates from 7 a.m.
to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, or at an onsite property event.

As I have said before, vaccination is a critically important tool in protecting each other and our
communities, and this newest update represents another major step in restoring our economy
and industry.

Please continue to watch for updates, stay safe and be well.

Bill Hornbuckle
