Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Almond Flour
2 cups Chocolate Protein Powder
¼ cup Flax Seed Meal
8 tbsp of PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
½ cup Chia Seeds
½ cup Steel Cut Oats
5 large Eggs
23 Bananas sliced small or mashed
2 cups unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup water
¼ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line two 13x9 glass baking dishes with parchment paper and lightly coat with
olive oil spray.
3. In a small mixing bowl, add the Chia Seeds and Steel Cut Oats. Soak them in
water. Just enough water cover them and soften them up. Set the bowl aside for
later.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add the Almond Flour, Chocolate Protein Powder, Flax
Seed Meal & PB2
5. In a medium mixing bowl, add sliced or mashed Bananas, Unsweetened
Applesauce, & Eggs. Use a mixer on a low speed to blend well.
6. Add in the cup of water.
7. Add in Chocolate Chips.
8. Pour the contents of both the small bowl and the medium bowl into the large
bowl. Use a mixer to blend well.
9. Divide the mixture in half.
10. Pour evenly into each baking dish and bake for 2833 minutes or until a toothpick
comes out clean.
11. Remove each dish from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
12. Cut each dish into 15 even squares.
13. Wrap each bar individually in tin foil. Place them all in a large freezer bag. Should
keep in the freezer for 6 months.
14. Each bar takes about 1 hour to defrost when removed from the freezer.
Consume within 24 hours after thawing.

Note: If you leave the Chia Seeds or Steel Cut Oats out, use ¼ cup less water or
½ cup less if leaving both out.

¼ cup Flax Seed Meal
5 tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Chia Seeds
½ cup Steel Cut Oats
5 large Eggs
23 Bananas sliced small or mashed
2 cups unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup water
1 Large diced Apple
½ cup Crasins or dried cherries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
