Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting March 16, 2021

Present: Clark Ahlden, Sharon Hecht, Susan Johnston, Chance Riggins, and Judy Seyb.

Call to order: Susan called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. The minutes of the October 6,
2020 were approved on a motion by Chance, seconded by Clark.

Update on Dues Paid: Susan reported that there are three unpaid dues. Susan sent a second
request in mid-February. A signature-tracked letter will be sent as a third request.

Treasurer’s Report: Chance presented his report. Clark moved to accept the report as
presented. Sharon seconded the motion, and the motion passed.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Sharon reports that Vickie should be back this year. The tall
ornamental grass at both docks needs to be trimmed back. Everyone will keep an eye on
nesting geese and report goose eggs spotted via email. The evergeen shrubs in two flowerbeds
will be cut down by Pete and Jim Cowley. Susan will coordinate.

Lake Maintenance: Susan will purchase dye for the lake and do a first application when the
weather warms up in April.

Website: Susan will send Lee the approved October minutes to post.

New Business: A reminder to homeowners to put lightbulbs in their back yard lights by the lake
will be included when postcards are sent.

The next meeting will be the annual meeting held on April 20, 2021.

Susan adjourned the meeting at 6:50 pm.
