Drum Dispensing System
Dispensing liquids out of 205L drums can be difficult and unsafe.
This system allows you to dispense and store your 205L drums
all in the one location, reducing storage area and saving time
moving drums around. The stacking cradle allows you to store and
dispense a total of 4 x 205L drums.
The dispenser base has a ‘gutter’ style surround helping to contain
any leaks and direct them into the large 400L sump. The SWL of
these 2 heavy duty units combined is 1350Kg.

Aluminum Drive over Bunding
Aluminum bunding is an ideal long term solution which helps
prevent spills spreading to other areas. This marine grade extruded
aluminum provides a solid and robust floor bund which can
withstand high frequency traffic.
The 33mm height creates a bund that is low enough for forklifts
and other vehicles to easily drive over without a speed bump
style bump. Various factors such as vehicles, surface levels etc.
must be taken into account before installation. This bunding
can also be powdercoated to protect against certain hazardous
bund applications. Supplied in 1200mm lengths and pre drilled

 LPG can be stored with Acetylene but not Oxygen.
 Argon Shield can be stored with either Oxygen or Acetylene or LPG.
 Inert (non-reactive) gases can be stored with pretty much any gas. An example of an inert gas
is Argon.
 Flammable gases can’t be stored with Oxygen and must be stored at least 3m apart.
Some examples of flammable gases are LPG or acetylene.
 Oxygen and Acetylene must be stored separately and at least 3m apart.
 The only time Oxygen and Acetylene can be stored together is a maximum of 1 of each bottle
when in use as an “Oxy” Kit.
 Ensure your gas storage is in an area with good air flow.
 Ensure your gas store is protected from other potential hazards such as forklifts and trucks.
 Ensure your gas bottles are secured to prevent unauthorised access.
 Remember to review your site risk assessment, council conditions and any specific WorkCover
requirements for your site.
Dangerous Goods Storage Rules/Tips

 Ensure you don’t store incompatible goods together
e.g. Class 3 flammable liquids & class 8 corrosive substances.
 Ensure your dangerous goods storage is in an area with good air flow.
 Just because you’re storing your dangerous goods in an Australian Standards style cabinet
doesn’t mean you are meeting Australian Standards! There are other factors to keep in mind
such as maximum storage per floor area.
Ensure your dangerous goods are secured to prevent unauthorised access.

 Remember to review your site risk assessment, council conditions or specific WorkCover
Bunding Storage Rules/Tips

 Your bund must have a sump capacity of 110% of your largest container OR 25% of your total
aggregate storage – Whichever is greater.
 If you’re storing liquids on a bund outside without a cover, when it rains your bund will fill up
with water which will render your bund ineffective.
 Ensure that the bund you’re storing your chemicals on is compatible
e.g. Don’t store acid on a standard metal bund.
 Ensure you don’t store incompatible goods together
e.g. Class 3 flammable liquids & class 8 corrosive substances.

Our large portable expandable barrier expands to a massive
6.7m span and is a great solution for closing off large openings,
doorways and for general area separation. With a combination
of stainless steel, galvanised and aluminium components these
units are great for indoor and outdoor usage. These units are
supplied with 8 castors, 4 of which are lockable for increased
safety. An optional wall receiver bracket is available creating a more
permanent solution to your safety and security requirements.

Modular Safety Barrier System
This safety barrier fencing is designed to help segregate pedestrian
and forklift traffic. Approx. 2% of Australian workplace fatalities
are forklift related. This system helps prevent people walking into
forklift zones.
This modular system is simple to install and offers maximum
flexibility with various mesh panel and gate sizes. The
powdercoated safety yellow posts and black mesh are easy to see
making this a very visual separation system.
The unique optional galvanized handrail kit makes this system
ideal for a huge range of workplace applications.
ADD No welding is needed for install meaning you don’t have to apply for
MODULES hot work permits!
