Model United Nations
International MUN brings youth together from around the
world to learn and share ideas from a diverse set of
experiences and backgrounds in its offline & online
Model United Nations conferences. International MUN is
recognized by the United Nations & has hosted MUN
conferences in 5 different countries in the last 3 years i.e
in Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt, China & Malaysia. Next IMUN
conferences in 2021 are scheduled in the Philippines,
Indonesia, South Korea and in other SEA countries.

IMUN has been sponsored and supported by the United

Nations specialized organizations like UNDP, UNESCO, IOM
as well as by The Australian Embassy in Vietnam &
Thailand. IMUN is recruiting Interns from different schools
& universities with some exciting benefits like IMUN
Official Certificate recognised by the United Nations,
Letter of Recommendation & Appreciation, sponsored

What is Model
United Nations ?
A MUN is a simulation of an actual United Nations conference, where students are tasked with solving a global
issue through research, drafting, lobbying and debate to pass a suitable ‘resolution’.

Students take on the roles of delegates, speakers, and chairs, representing different countries and work together
with other students from different backgrounds to take part in discussions and reach a solution for the agenda
they are assigned.

The agendas or topics taken up during the MUNs are a reflection of real-world issues discussed by the United
Nations. The entire process and discussion take place under formal ‘Rules of Procedure’ to truly model the format
of the UN.

This is an intensive 5-week training cum internship programme where all interns get on-the-job training in MUN
basics, social media marketing, sales, organisational development and more. All IMUN certificates are recognised by
United Nations and the Australian Embassy. Interns also get incentives, letters of appreciation and recommendation,
IMUN Visiting Card and sponsored trips to highly prestigious IMUN conferences around the world, as organising team

What is an International Model United Nations (IMUN)
conference and Why should someone participate in it ?

International MUN online conference is a 2-day model UN conference

where participants from around the world present solutions to global
issues. They can choose topics of their choices in every conference. In
a 2-day conference, they research about the topics, debate, network
with other participants from different countries etc.

Participants also get study materials, free MUN training sessions,

experts QnA and position paper submissions. At the end of the
conference, all participants receive participation certificates
recognised by the Australian embassy and the United Nations. The
best participants receive two certificates, one is participation
certificate and another is award certificate.

Q01. Is there a selection procedure for IMUN Campus Ambassador
Internship ?

As a Model United Nations’ organization, We believe that everyone deserves

a platform to show their skills and boost their professional journey.
Therefore, We do not reject any applicant instead we train them with
different marketing skills as well as provide them enough recommendation
and official certification to kick-start and boost their career as well as
professional life.
Though, There will be a screening process in the first week, Please read
below to find out more.

Q02. What is my work at IMUN Campus Ambassador Internship ?

In short, you need to promote IMUN online conferences on social media or

among your friends and bring referrals / paid registrations. On the basis of
your number of referrals, you will receive IMUN Internship benefits at the end
of your Internship.

Q03. What is a referral or paid registration ?

Referral or Paid registration is someone who:

Registers using your referral code or via your referral link AND-
Pay to attend the conference.
Only people who pay are considered as referrals.

Q04. Will I receive an Internship certificate if I will not have any
referral ?

No, you need to have at least one referral by the end of your Internship to
pass IMUN Internship successfully and to be eligible for the internship
certificate.

Q05. How does IMUN track my referrals or paid registrations ?

Anyone who will put your referral code while registering or who will register
via your referral link will be recorded in IMUN database. All referrals are
updated at https://bit.ly/imuntopintern every Sunday where you can check
your referrals.

Q07. When will I receive my offer letter ?

You will receive your offer letter within the first week of your Internship.

You can bring referrals via:

Informing your friends, colleagues about benefits of joining International
MUN online conference
Sharing IMUN online conference on various social media channels and
groups
Sharing IMUN online conferences among your university or school
groups etc.

When people will put your referral code or register via your referral link and
pay for the conference, only then will they count your referrals.

Q09. Can I participate myself ? Will that count as a referral ?

Yes, you can participate yourself and it will be counted as a referral. You
need to register and put your referral code in the referral name section or
use your referral link.

Q10. What benefits will I get at the end of the Internship ?

Your total referrals will be counted in 5 weeks and you will receive your

Q13. What are the Bonus Tasks ?

There are 4 Bonus Tasks and Top Performers will be awarded accordingly.

Bonus Task 01 :
Publish a YouTube Video about International MUN. It can be regarding
IMUN Internship or IMUN Online Conference.

Publish an Instagram video : Story video or IGTV or Instagram Reel. It
can be regarding IMUN Internship or IMUN Online Conference.

Bonus Task 03 :
Publish a short note about your experience at International MUN with
proper hashtags on your LinkedIn profile.

Q14. How is my 5-week Internship counted ?

A 5-week Internship means that Interns are supposed to work for at least 5
consecutive IMUN Online Conferences.

Q15. If my referral participated more than once, will it be counted

twice ?

Yes, Referrals will be counted each time they participate.

Q16. After payment confirmation, what participants should do ?

After doing the payment, wait for upto 24hrs to receive the confirmation
email along with conference details. If you don’t receive confirmation within
24hrs then you can send an email along with your payment receipt at
hello@internationalmun.org

Q17. What is the screening process in the first week ?

First week of your Internship is very important. “First impression is the last
impression”. Your referrals will be counted in the first week and groups will
be divided as below:After First week of the Internship, All interns will be
divided into two groups as follows: (Screening process)

Q18. Is it a Multi level Marketing (MLM), Pyramid Scheme or Network
Marketing ?

IMUN Internships aren't even closely related with MLM, pyramid schemes or
anything like that. In MLM or pyramid schemes, people are asked to make a
chain of people under them, they are promised to make a fortune out of
that, they are asked to invest their own money in MLM etc.

At IMUN, no one is asked to make any chain or network below them, as
Campus ambassador Internship interns are only supposed to promote
IMUN. There is NO chain or network building here, no intern is promised to
make fortune from the Internship. Even if an intern gets one referral, they are
supposed to receive a basic certificate. There are no false claims and No
Intern is asked to invest any of their own money. Therefore, IMUN Internships
has NO relation with MLM or any other such schemes.

Q19. How International MUN is recognized by the United Nations ?

International MUN is an independent organization supported and sponsored

by the United Nations' organizations that is UNDP, UNESCO, IOM as well as by
the Australian Embassy. It means all these organizations mentioned above
have supported International MUN conferences by providing funding in its
offline conferences in Vietnam as well as in Thailand. As well as IMUN Offline
conferences have been attended by the speakers from the above
mentioned organizations. They recognized IMUN as a trusted organization
and only then they sponsored it. Please visit IMUN website and check the

United Nations has different organizations working under them like WHO,
UNDP, UNESCO etc. IMUN is supported and recognized by the United Nations
organizations not directly by the United Nations, since as mentioned on the
UN website, UN doesn't support directly to any private organization but its
organizations like UNDP, UNESCO, IOM etc can recognize, fund and support
the private organizations just like how they supported IMUN

Every day IMUN Team will share one social media graphics and
caption in the Telegram Channel (6 graphics in a week), Interns are
required to promote the graphics and publish on their social media
accounts, in groups etc.
All 6 graphics should be published in the first week of your
Internship on your social media.In the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th week of
your Internship, there should be at least 2 graphics published on
your social media.
We might ask for the screenshots of your social media promotions
at the end of your Internship. The interns are required to get
Maximum likes / views on their posts and tag International MUN is
