    To Whom It May Concern:

    It is with great pleasure that I am able to provide this letter on behalf of my good friend
    Joaquin Cardenas.

    My name is Jess Hiram Diaz, and I am a church pastor with Oak Forest Church of
    Christ, Hispanic Division. I have known Mr. Cardenas for nearly ten years, until he
    moved to 823 SE 8th St., Okeechobee FL 34974.

    In this time, I have found Mr. Cardenas to be a kind, earnest, trustworthy, and
    hardworking man. He is the consummate neighbor and has quickly established himself
    as a pillar in our local community. He has helped many people to come closer to Christ
    and has served our communities while supporting his own family. He regularly assists
    elderly neighbors with household tasks, and twice volunteered as organizer of several
    community events.

    If he is granted immigration benefits, I have no doubt that he will continue to give back
    to his local community, and to the wider national one.
