⮚ NATURE OF JOB:

Experience in commissioning, Preventive, Breakdown maintenance and Overhauling

of Rotary equipments such as Centrifugal pumps, Positive displacement Pumps,
Reciprocating compressors, Centrifugal compressors, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines,
Diesel engines and Fin fans. In static equipments such as Distillation columns, Heat
Exchangers, Boilers and all types of valves and traps.
⮚ EXPERIENCE DETAILS:

✔ Preparation jobs for commissioning equipments, OTP (Operational Test Procedure)

presentation to the clients.
✔ Lube oil flushing of entire lube oil circuits, filters and strainers replacements.
✔ Checking the alignments, vibrations, temp level of the rotary equipments.
✔ Replacements of transport bearings to original bearings.
✔ Assistance to vendors and coordinate with client the package commissioning.

Distillation Column:

❖ Removing Trays and domestic pads in Frictional column

❖ Clean it By using hydro jetting
❖ tray column - where trays of various designs are used to hold up the liquid to provide
better contact between vapour and liquid, hence better separation
❖ packed column - where instead of trays, 'packings' are used to enhance contact between
vapour and. liquis
HEAT EXCHANGER:
Dismantling and assembling of turbine blades, rotor and combustion chambers, turning
gear, diaphragm, carrier blades Inspection of journal bearing, journal bearing tilting bad
clearance checking, turning gear clearance, inspection of all types of bolts and nuts, oil seal
clearance checking Various Reduction & Step up Gear Boxes associated with rotating
equipment’s.
CENTRIFUGAL GAS COMPRESSORS:

✔ Dry gas seal, separation (barrier) seal removal & re install.

✔ Dismantling and assembling of diaphragms.
✔ Bearing inspection and rotor axial centering.
✔ Coupling alignment checking and correction.

PUMPS, MECHANICAL SEALS AND ALIGNMENTS:

Make: Flow Serve, Goulds, Kirloskar Ebera, Byron Jackson, Milton Roy and Seko.
Mechanical Seal Make: John Crane, Durametalic and Eagle Poonawala.
✔ Having experience in numerous types of Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Rotary
Pumps in various capacities and different working temperatures.
✔ Preventive, break down and overhauling of pumps.
✔ Bearing and oil seal inspection and fixing with shafts.
✔ Plunger Pump packing replacement, Suction & Discharge valve cleaning and fixing.
✔ Handled single, double, Internal and External types of mechanical seals and
gland robe packing.
✔ Alignment of pumps with prime mover by the method of Rim and Face, Reversible
indicator method (graphical and analytical).
OTHER ROTATING EQUIPMENTS:
✔ Having experience in Gearboxes, Agitators, Fin Fans, Lobe blowers.

✔ Servicing, Pressure testing of various types of valves such as Gate valve, Globe
valve, Ball valve, Needle valve, Butterfly valve, Safety relief valve, pressure relief

HEAT EXCHANGERS:
✔ Involved maintenance activities of fixed, floating head type and U type bundle heat
exchangers.
✔ Hydro testing of shell test, tube test and doom test.
✔ Tube plugging and replacement, Hydro testing
